Analysis On The Aggregation Degree And Factors Of Marine-related Enterprises In Zhejiang

Zhejiang ocean economy demonstration area is located in the middle coast, in theeconomically developed Yangtze River delta wing, on the East China Sea. This area takes importantrole in the development of our national ocean economy, because of its rich marine resource,dominant position in economic, strong basic industries of ocean economy which presents the stateof specialization and centralization. Establishing a corporate group consciousness, promotingenterprise assemble, playing a combination of resources and economic advantage, enhancing theregional agglomeration effect, optimizing resource configuration, enhancing the corecompetitiveness of marine economy, promoting marine economy and development patternstransformation is very important to impel Zhejiang province transform from big province intostrong province in marine economy.Firstly, this paper use the improved location quotient and spatial aggregation index tomeasure the gather degree of sea enterprises in the demonstrative area, and calculate the locationquotient, specialization index, aggregation index of typical area in Shandong Peninsula BlueEconomic Zone and Guangdong Comprehensive Marine Economic Experimental Zone. By thevertical, horizontal comparison analysis, we can come a conclusion that sea enterprise clusters inthis demonstrative area have been formed, in which the sea first industrial cluster degree is high,however the sea tertiary industry cluster started in 2004, now it is just beginning to show results;compare with the blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone and Guangdong ComprehensiveMarine Economic Experimental Zone, Zhejiang Province has obvious sea comparative advantage inthe first sea industry ,however the second, third sea industrial cluster degree is relatively backward ,the difference in the sea tertiary industry cluster is lager; the level of specialization index isequivalent among the development of marine economy in Zhejiang Province demonstration zone,Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Guangdong Comprehensive Marine EconomicExperimental Zone, but the spatial aggregation index in Guangdong Province is higher than that inShandong province and Zhejiang province. In last few years, general trend of spatial cluster strengthin the provinces became more and more strong, we can contribute this phenomenon into generallyresults of the development of industry. From 2006, sea industries began to centralize in Zhejiangand Shandong provinces; during 2006-2009 years, space aggregation and specialization index inZhejiang province were increased, but the aggregation index increase is lower than the eastern specialization index changes in speed, it is just that certain areas developed faster and the level ofprofessional increase in Zhejiang province is still universal.After that, based on natural endowment, social capital, innovation of science and technology,environment pollution, labor resources and other areas of environmental factors, using the greycorrelation model and regression analysis method, we analysis the effect of the environmentalfactors on Demonstration Zone sea enterprise cluster. The results show that: the social capitalfactors is the dominant factor that influence the level of Zhejiang province sea enterprise clusteroutput , the second factor is system, namely commercialize degree factor, at the same time the effectof environment on the sea enterprise cluster cannot be ignore.Finally, this paper preliminary statistics the number of the national sea industry listedcompanies, analysis the situation of sea industry listed companies in Zhejiang , and compare withother sea industry listed companies of the national and coastal provinces .combining with theprevious conclusions, put forward some policies and suggestions to the demonstration zone seaenterprises cluster development .
