The Study On Conceptual Design And Operation Management Of Vertical Integrated Project Of Huai-pig Industry In Shang Hang Country

Through studying on the conceptual design and operation management of huai-pig industry vertical integrated project, the thesis aims to combine the development idea of the industry vertical integration and the exploitation of huai-pig project together, doing well the article, which will be the shining point of stockbreeding economics in Shang hang county. Specifying the study strategy and grasping the substance of industry vertical integration development by the demonstration analysis of industrial operation of two animal husbandry companies in the district. Then, with integrating the reality of huai-pig project in Shang hang county, to make study on the main steps, the function of every step, coordination of benefit and other questions in the vertical integration operation of huai-pig industry. The conclusions drawn from the study are as followings:(1) Seed resource exploitation of huai-pig should develop in the way of vertical integration. Vertical integration can link the upward position, middle position and backward position in producing sector of industry together better, which is in favor of improving the industrialization and intensive farming, saving the dealing cost, increasing economic benefit, that will be help to form the developing mode of circulation economy and realize the sustainable development.(2) The dragon company is the crucial factor, which determines the success of the vertical integrated project, with the character of marketing, food processing, technique research and development, follow-up service and other comprehensive functions. The existence and strength of the dragon company will determine the schedule, scale and effect of huai-pig project.(3) If the every step in huai-pig industry chain can coordinately develop is the core question of operation and management of huai-pig project. Huai-pig vertical integrated project refers to feed production, selecting and well-breed, rearing-pig, pestilence control, meat-processing, technique research and development, marketing and ecological environmental protection and other steps. If the every step could coordinate well plays an important role in the success of project exploitation.(4) The exploitation and further development of huai-pig vertical integrated project that may be the supporting industry needs the support and prop up from the government.
