The Study On Social Party's Participating In Public Policy-making

At present our country is be placed in. the stage of political reform, Social transformation, and the development of market economy, along with the emergence of various benefits stratum and upsurge of the citizen democracy consciousness, the wishes of the citizen participating in public policy-making is more and more strong. But citizen with personal for the unit participate and influence the public policy-making is very weak , both on the strength and the result, so the citizen attend a social group will be a better choice to participating public policy-making, also is combine to our country currently condition and the currently development of the social group.Social party's participating in public policy-making is very important .This article commences from the concept of social group, definite the object of the article research, and the general situation of social party's participating in the political in history and the present condition to the group participates public policy-making, emphasize the shortage of the participation. Referenced the western experience ,this article try to perfect the social party's participating in public policy-making, choose the rational routes , strengthen the construction of social group and create better ecosystem environment of participating, hope to benefit on the scientific, systemize and the democratization public policy-making.
