The importance of Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) for organization has been investigated deeply.Generally speaking, it has been noted that OCB may increase organizational organizational performance because they reduce the need to devote scarce resource to purely maintenance functions; free these resource up for more productive purposes; serve as an effective means of coordinating activities between team members and across work groups; and enhance the organization' ability to attract and retain the best people by making it more attract place to work.This research, based on previous research, analysis OCB's dimenion through confirmtoty factor analysis and propose OCB's four factor model. Several statistical methods, such as factor analysis, bivariate analysis, hierarchical regression and SEM, were used to analysis the relation about OCB , psychology contract and organizational justice in this study; and introduce perceived organizational support (POS) as mediator variable, which explore the indrect effect of psychology contract (PC) and organizational justice (OJ ) on the OCB.The questionnaire was administered to 282 subjects sampled from companies in six cities.The results indicated that:(1) The structure of employee's OCB in Chinese enterprises was composed of four factors.The four factors were Conscientiousness, Altruism, Identification with the company, Protecting company resources.(2) psychology contract (PC) and organizational justice (OJ) have positive effects on OCB, and perceived organizational support of employee was also a major factor affecting employee's OCB.(3) psychology contract (PC) directly and significantly affected POS .Procedural inerpersonal and informational justice also significantly affected POS, but distributive justice didn't.(4) psychology contract (PC) has indirect effects on OCB through POS.(5) Procedural, inerpersonal and informational justice has indirect effects on OCB through POS. but distributive justice hasn't.
