| For the recent 10 years, the Information Technology industry, especially the software industry, has been developing very fast in China. The output of industry software increases rapidly annually, and this drives the IT industry to develop.RX company hasn' t established scientific marketing system for several years. The paper analyzes the marketing problems of RX company and gives a reasonable marketing system for the company in order to solve its problems.The paper is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the marketing problems about RX company, and defines the crisis that the company is facing. The second part analyzes the main reasons that caused the company' s marketing problems from macroscopic environment, industrial environment, competition environment, company marketing system, strategy and tactics, etc. The third part aims at above analysis of the company, gives reasonable advices to reestablish the company' s marketing management system, marketing strategy and tactics.
