The pharmaceutical industry is a growing industry, has an average annual growth rate of 16.6% since 1978, and now become the fastest-growing national economy one of the industries. The pharmaceutical industry in particular is the future OTC product will be greater developmentMany pharmaceutical manufacturers got a driving force for development from good medicine economic environment. So far the world's top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises have set up factories in china , J&J is one of them. J & J have been gradually established six branches in the Chinese territory since 1980s, of which four have made a very impressive performance, XJP and JJC are both outstanding, but SJJP has poor performance as one of J&J subsidiaries .SJJP has dropped by 5% (only the author is responsible for the W area has been made over the previous year up 29% of the performance in all sales regions in 2007 ) in the condition of average increase of 22.8% of pharmaceutical industry in 2007. I collected and collated by large large amount of primary and secondary information with these questions. and carried out various internal meetings and the exchange of personal interviews. I make full use of G-PEST, PORTER competitive analysis, SWORT, 4P and 4C, differentiated services, human resources 5P model, modern marketing theory about SJJP existing in the internal and external environment, marketing mode, customer service, marketing and management for the existing problem with five years work experience in XJP. I found hinder the development of the root causes of SJJP on the basis of the research, have proposed a joint product focus to J&J brand promotion and building extends to county-level cities-intensive distribution channels with a view to training for the difference in characteristics of customer service, improve the quality of sales staff, and other marketing strategies to improve family.In this paper, the largest features: models of the introduction of the concept of using XJP SJJP associated with the index comparison, multi-level multi-angle SJJP the business a long time to find the underlying causes of delay, which targeted strategy to improve the hope of future business for the sustained and healthy SJJP development for reference.
