The Research On The Model Of Enterprise Information Management In The Environment Of Internet

In the times of global economic and internet, faced the internal and external market that compete intensively and change quickly, the enterprise must raise its response speed, heighten the level of customer service, enhance supply chain management .so the enterprise information management must be in a new time .and the integration of ERP, CRM, SCM and EC in the environment of internet becomes the urgent task and essential choice, and we must build a adaptable enterprise organization form to face the new management environment.In this dissertation, we discussed the enterprise information management in the environment of internet, and presented a framework and model of it. The introductory of article puts forward the concepts of the enterprise informationization and the enterprise information management first. Then we analyze the necessary and possibility of the change about the enterprise information management from points on the environment, management ideology and technological innovation .The second part of this dissertation introduced four information systems which are the most important system in the enterprise management-ERP (enterprise resource plan) SCM(supply chain management ) CRM(customer relation management) and EC(electronic commerce ),and detailed studied their definition development and connotation. Analyzed the difference and relation of them, and researched the relationship of them, this part is the basic of the dissertation.The fourth part of this dissertation is the most important part. First we focused the enterprise requirement, consulted the study organization, considered the way of observational design for enterprise organization form, built a model of enterprise organization form which based on net-technology, this model is foresighted, and can adapt to the all kind of requirement which changed quickly. Second, we integrated system on the basis of the management ideology, development, actuality, difference and relation of four information systems. And then, we built a information management integrated model which is adept to the enterprise informationmanagement foundation from a point on development, lastly, we built the model of enterprise information management in the environment of internet which can integrate the two model above . The model is integrative, adaptive and secure, and it can supply enterprise with a changeful management idea which integrated of manufacture supply sale store management and decision.In the last part of this dissertation, we take a communication software corporation for example, introduce its requirement change, general situation, process integration etc.. And then we can approve the model is value in actual live.
