The Study Of The Information Integration Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) are the main supporting power of national economy development and are playing important roles in the economy.SMEs, which account for 90 percent of national enterprises have a great impact on the economy development. With the construction and improvement of our market economy system, we have no choice but to accelerate the strategic development of SMEs. Nowadays, under an environment of economic informationalisation and globalization, informationalisation makes SMEs not only face more and more intensive competition but a chance to develop. Therefore, promoting the informationalisation of SMEs makes great sense for national industry structure adjustment and national informationalisation.The article analyzes the current situation of SMEs by the research on data of SMEs' informationalisation and introduces some new topics on its development. Firstly, it describes the research background, research purpose, research contents and research methods. Secondly, it makes analysis on SMEs' informationalisation, which includes the basic information of SMEs, main contents of informationalisation, in order to state explicitly the harmfulness of information silo. Thirdly, it introduces the relevant knowledge on information integration, which includes the definition, purpose and usual methods of information integration. With the results above, the author raises an optimization method for SMEs informationalisation, which provides an clear and conductible integration method based on the analysis on three components, application system integration, digital resources integration, business integration and their inter relationship. Additionally, the article points out several problems for SMEs on the integration so as to make SMEs pay more attention to them and achieve a further development.
