A Study On Innovation Organization Structure Build

Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and an inexhaustible motive power for the prosperity of a nation. In contemporary times, innovation is increasingly becoming the emancipation and development of social productive forces and an important symbol of growing determines a nation's development process. The human society is experiencing the new science and technology revolution, the science and technology has become the decisive strength which the economic society develops, the comprehensive national strength competition core is the independent innovation ability competition.The innovation may divide into the technical innovation, the management innovation and the system innovation, these three kinds of innovations have the close relation, and we cannot think which one is more important. At the enterprise level organizations, the most important innovation was the establishment of the organizational structure;tap the innovation potential employees, resulting in three forms of innovation.However the research which constructs regarding the innovation group are quite few, this also is precisely the goal which this article writes this paper. I read through the relevant literature, summed up the predecessors innovative theories, and then analyzed the traditional organizational structure is not conducive to the existence of innovative elements, and then analyzed three famous innovations company, in conjunction with the relevant organization design theory, a new type of organizational structure, from local to the overall establishment of a complete organizational models. Specially proposed the establishment innovation management department, detailed elaborated the innovation management department structure, vertically and horizontally contacts with other departments and its work flow.
