Real estate development planning as a first step in the country has just begun planning types, on its theoretical basis, technical methods are not yet a consensus, and there are still many issues worth exploring in depth.Under the integrated use of urban planning, real estate economics, regional economic geography, urban economics, development economics, industrial economics, urban geography and other disciplines theory, this thesis carries out the systematic study of the methods to real estate development planning and the basis theory for the preparation of a more comprehensive approach, and build up content system of a real estate development in urban planning and made possible the preparation process.The research methods combining theory and practice, not only the preparation of a preliminary urban real estate development planning theoretical system, and starting from the practice, it summed up a set of effective procedures for the preparation of real estate development planning, I believes that this will later provide reference for the preparation of real estate development planning theory and practice.
