The Study About The Optimum Issue Of Foreign Direct Investment In China From The 1990s

After the 1990s there are different studies about Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in China. In the early years the importance of FDI, the most suitable ways to attract FDI and reduce the cost are the main issues in many researcher's studies. In the recent years there are more and more FDI in China so many economic researchers attach importance to the bad effects of FDI such as the low technology level in the whole FDI.Expanding the study method in using FDI is the dissertation's main aim. The dissertation that overcomes the shortcomings in the early study of FDI combines the macro with micro analysis and the quantitative with qualitative analysis. The negative effects of FDI are summarized. According to the mathematic model about the optimum FDI the necessary management of FDI in China is very important. The advices are made to Chinese government about the using of FDI.Based on the western economics, open economics and statistics the analysis tools of quantitative and qualitative methods are used in the dissertation. The practical study method is the important point in the dissertation. Through the practical study the conclusions of the close relation between FDI and economic cycle are made. The advices for our government of using and managing FDI are given.
