Research On Risk Management System Of Financial Leasing

Financial leasing was originated in American in 1950s.During the development of many decades, financial leasing plays the most important role in promoting the development of economy. At the early time of reform and open, the level of equipment and technology of production in our industry corporation all got behind. the need of investment in technology alteration is very huge. However, the capital, especially the foreign exchange was in short supply, so it was the right time to introduce financial leasing into our country. But with the change of economy system in our country ,financial leasing has come through the process from planning economy to market economy which makes the risk of the financial leasing much larger, so the development of financial leasing went much slower.Financial leasing is the product that bank capital and commercial capital penetrate and combine during the development of financial industry, and it is a new-style financial business produced by real credit combining with bank credit under the conditions of modern production. Financial leasing is a very complex activity as a new way of financing, selling, credit consumption. Financial leasing is full of challenge and risks at the beginning, so it is very important to strength the management of financial leasing. Improving on the risk control system has become the important premise of promoting and developing financial leasing in our country.Presently, the research about risk system of financial leasing companies has just a start, therefore how to effectively forecast and control the risks has become the keys of fast and healthy development of financial leasing. Firstly, this paper researches the definition, development and function of financial leasing. Secondly, from the point of view of financial leasing company, this paper studies the risk producing system and risk types of financial leasing on the basis of risks and relative theories. Next, the paper designs the system index of risk appraise considering the practices of financial leasing, and on the basis of appraise criterion, the paper establishes the model. last, the paper studies the measures on risk precautions and control of financial leasing.
