Theory And Application Study On Corporate Governance Of Finance Trade

In finance corporations, especially commercial banks and securities investmentfunds, many bad accidents happen continually. Nowadays, the correlative study oncorporate governance of finance trade, especially study of Chinese finance trade, isvery deficient. How to build an effective corporate governance mode to supervise themanagement of finance corporations and ensure the normal operation of financecorporations becomes an important problem to solve.Firstly, this dissertation introduces the appearance of corporate governance andactuality of finance trade corporate governance theory, and expatiates the importanceand methods of theory and application study on corporate governance of financetrade.At the same time, from the connotation of corporate governance, this dissertationexplains the basic theory of corporate governance including basic system, interiorgovernance, exterior governance, corporate governance modes and governanceprinciples.Based on the basic theory of corporate governance, overseas successfulexperience and actuality of china, this dissertation analyses the actuality of financetrade corporate governance in china deeply and provides improving methods.On the one hand, this dissertation explores analysis methods to a series of basicproblems of commercial bank corporate governance and builds its basic mode. On theother hand, from two sides of institution and market, according to three differentfunds this dissertation discusses the amelioration of securities investment fundcorporate governance.In the end, this dissertation simply introduces the corporate governanceevaluation application in china and foreign countries, and applies the improved AHPto design corporate governance evaluation model of finance trade. This dissertationselects eight representative commercial banks to do a demonstration analysis.
