The Study Of The Finance Governance On The Basic Of Our Country's Corporate Governance

Corporate financial management is a process that financial decision-makers of all levels make their best choices to resolve some financial items. Facially, they only need utilize "operative finance technology and method" in the process, but at the same time a lot of institutional factors have strong influences over the process. So we can't explain all kinds of irrational conducts with classical theories of financial management. At the same time, problems such as releasing information in corporate governance sank into the predicament, it's not only for the shortage of corporate governance, but also for interwoven of the finance governance and corporate governance, the complications adds to the difficulty of solving. Only comprehensive research and design could effectively solve complex problems in practice.According to these problems, this dissertation put particular emphasis on the finance aspects of corporate governance, namely, to carry out the independent research on the finance governance, and have studied three key problems:Firstly, this dissertation have set up the structure of the finance governance from the inside and exterior aspects. In the analysis of the inside structure, put the post constitution and the responsibility of CFO, the finance director and finance manager into the finance governance, which make the finance layering theories have more value.
