As a result of the advance in technology and the economical globalization,enterprise's competition environment is of day by day complex, the businessmanagement is facing uncertainties. Competition among enterprises is now morefocused on customer-centered entire product supply chains than qualities and theperformances of products. Without a doubt, management of every single link on thesupply chain is able to affect the entire supply chain operation achievements and thecompetitive power. To guarantee continuous changes and improvement of supplychains, the operation condition of supply chains needs to be inspected unceasingly.Also, seeking for the approach of improving performance is demanded.In this article, a manufacturing enterprise SEDL Co., Ltd was taken as anexample, in which how to raise the supply chain performance management level wasstudied. Based on the elaboration of the background of the supply chainmanagement and its basic concept, the study first embarked from the SEDL essentialperformance index and the existing organizational structure, and then analyzed theseindices major effect factors, including the demand forecast and the stock control, thepurchase management, the order form fulfilled, the storage management. Thenindividually each effect factor was analyzed in detail in two aspects, which includedflow characteristics in flows process and application of ERP (SAP).Finally how to enhance management performance of the SEDL Co., Ltd supplychain and its improvement measure were proposed. At the same time to improvesupply chain achievements, the unreasonable process was proposed to adjust.
