The Study Of Optimization On Shenyang Aircraft Corporation Commercial Airplane Material Supply System

This theses has a studying of research and apply status for SCM, VMI, MRP at first, analyzes some problems which exist in Shenyang Aircraft Corporation commercial aircraft material supply system. Carve up two parts which is outer purchasing problem and internal material management problem according to the product's flowing direction on the supply chain. Put the purchasing planning as point of intersection of the two parts. Purchasing is the reference point of control method of the two parts. Get the optimization research as follow.1,To research how to enhance the cooperation with the suppliers by using the VMI theory under the SCM situation,depend on the information system, according to the aviation manufacturing characteristic, take the best strategy adapt to itself. Solve the purchasing cost problem cause of material supply delay and price undulation. To making the material supply in time,reduce material shortage,and debase purchasing cost. Using the EOQ purchasing and inventory management method to solve the subsection material which is inapplicable of VMI2,To research how to using the VMI theory to improve the problem which is exist in internal material management, depending on the information system, advance the material purchasing planning's veracity, solve the problem which affects manufacturing cost,such as MPS lacking forward vision and disjoint with the production schedule actually,the unreasonable working-out of material purchasing plan,the illogical use of inventory material,quantity ship/set instability. Thereby to strengthen the purchasing plan accuracy,advance material using rate,and debase the cost of inventory.3,Making the optimization into real by establishing the information system and bring the supplier performance measure into effect.
