This thesis reviewed the management system of the commercial bank of ourcountry. We analyzed the problems that second branch of commercial bank faced inmanagement period. In the thesis we deeply analyzed the key factors in themanagement period.This thesis expounds forming mechanism of the liquidity risk in commercialbank, points out that contra-diction benefit and risk is deep reason of the liquidity riskexistence in commercial bank, analyzes on problems existing in the liquidity riskmanagement of our state-owned commercial bank by using theory of bankassets-debts management, and put forward the solving ways.Flattening management is a complicated system project involving entire businessoperation flow, accounting calculation flow and management flow in secondarybranches. In practice, flattening management should be understood in a deeper senseand business operation flow;horizontal and vertical organizational managementframework and accounting calculation of secondary branches should be reengineered.With system reform of capital control and total cost management and establishment ofoperation management flow and comprehensive reengineering of whole system,substantial progress can be achieved in flattening management.China's commercial banks are deficient in innovative business up to now. Thecredit assets take a high proportion in assets business. The quality of credit assets hascritical effects on existence of the commercial banks. Focusing on causes of creditrisks of commercial banks, this thesis give suggestions for state-owned commercialbanks to prevent the credit risks by using the experience of international bankingindustry's counter measures of controlling the credit risks.
