In recent years,the people's bank of China opens the rate control policy,it prompts banks responding actively,they pursue innovation products,or adjust the management style.Besides,many deposit and loan products online emerge endlessly,it results in market competition,on one hand,China's commercial Banks have to make profit maximizing,on the other hand they have to guard against risk problem whichfocus on liquidity risk mainly.In this situation,how to use professional liquidity risk management to carry out risk measurement is playing animportant role for managers of banks.Therefore,identifying the liquidity risk fully,making effective evaluations,and getting positive responses,thus,it reduces the level of risk,and improve the competitiveness of the banks.Based on the liquidity riskevents primarily,using a case study method,making risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and other theories as a gist,this articleanalyses the status and characteristics of theliquidity risk managementin DL Rural Commercial Bank,pointing out the problems exist.The author analyses the reasons of the imperfection on guarding against liquidity risk,at the same time,summarizes the outstanding problems on the organizational structure setting and liquidity riskprevention system construction and so on.Combining with the reality of DL Rural Commercial Bank,applying the risk management theory and the model to the liquidity risk management inDL Rural Commercial Bank,the author sets up a feasible system that fits the bank's characteristics.The system not only brings a solid guarantee and effective management means for DL Rural Commercial Bank,but also provides reliable ideas for the development of other banks.
