Government Function In The Development Of Automotive Industry

The development of automotive industry is the important symbol ofindustrialization, innovation and economic level of a nation. High-speed developmentof domestic economy supplied the good environmental condition for automotiveindusty.With the development of Chinese automotive industry in recent years, itsstatus in national economy has been improved. The automotive industry is a giganticsystem engineering of social economy. Keep auto industry develop in order, we needadjust adaptively in auto industry to the exterior change. Meanwhile we also needgovernment modulate in the field that market function can not touch.Through the case study on Tianjin Xiali, proceeding with China auto industry,especially the development of Tianjin auto industry, this paper presents analysis on thefunction of the government in the development of automotive industry and itscoutermeasure and advice.There are four chapters in this paper. The development of automotive industryand sedan industry is summarized in chapter one.On the basis of summary of Tianjinautomotive industry process, analyze the growing history of Tianjin automotiveindustry comprehensively in chapter two. The function of the government in differentperiod of Tianjin automotive industry is analyzed.On this condition, combining withthe change of government economic function, the government function in Tianjin autoindustry is discussed in chapter three. Analysis on success and failure in thegovernment funtion in Tianjin auto industry, aimed at the economic status of Tianjinarea and its characteristic, this paper gives out the suggestions for the government ofTianjin in the development of Tianjin auto industry.In chapter four, benefit from othercountries'experiences and lessons , how to construct logical and effectivemanagement system and policy system in the auto industry is discussed in this paper,with a view of sum-up of this article.
