Along with the growing of Internet Business, IDC (Internet Data Center), whichhas been one of Internet basis establishments, has attracted more and more notice byInternet industry operators and Internet service providers (ISP). Standing in theshoes of ISPs, developing IDC services become an important measure to increaseincome and to find out potential for enterprises' growing. Form the other hand,developing IDC services can provide an excellent flat roof for Internet Industry andother industries. It is good for society development.First the article expatiates the specialty and actuality of the market incommunication industry. Then it explains definition, progress course, service typesof IDC, and analyzes industry environment, competition status and marketdemanding. It also makes SWOT analysis on IDC services run by TianjinCommunications Corporation, and analyzes the course and problems during thedevelopment including price policy, market policy and sales promotion and so on.
