To expatiate completely and systematically how to design distribution network of supply chain, the design problem of supply chain distribution network is discussed by theory, and a model for two levels distribution network is founded and resolved by an example, and the network control means are analyzed by game theory.The uncertain programming model of multi-factory, multi-product, multi- point demand for two levels distribution network, minimizes the total network cost, and synthetically considers constraints of throughput, distribution time, and so on. Moreover, it expresses demand as stochastic variable and distribution time as fuzzy variable. The model which assures the lowest cost can well resolve the following questions: choose which demand points to construct the distribution center;every distribution center supplies products to which distribution points besides supplies to itself;every product of distribution center is supplied by which factories, and the factories how to determine the category and quantity.The principle for designing the distribution network in supply chain mainly includes five aspects: lead the market and customer demand;maximize the benefit as target, and consider the efficiency;assure the corporation dominant position and distribute benefit reasonably;base the distribution service;keep the network information through promptly. Many factors which affect the design of distribution network mainly include corporation character, customer character, intermediate merchant character, product character, competitor character and environment character.The mode of distribution network must consider four points which include cost, demand, distribution time, how to choose distribution center and supply to which demand points. The paper adopts equivalence changing to resolve the model. The stochastic chance constraint and fuzzy chance constraint are transformed by clear disposal. The certain equivalence model is resolved by LINGO software eventually, and an example proves the model accurately and scientifically, it also indicates the feasibility of this solution.Main means of intermediate merchant control contain steady cooperative benefitby strict criterion and good service, appropriate encouragement and heavier punishment degree for breach of contract. It is the core for control of finished distribution network too. The paper proves the validity of control means by game theory of mixed strategy Nash equilibrium.This research can provide support of theory and technology for large-scale manufacture corporation and supply chain corporation alliance which wants to design distribution network, and also offer the reference of a certain extent.
