Application And Research Of Financial Evaluation In Electric Power Construction Projects

The financial evaluation of construction projects, mainly based on the national current fiscal regulations and prevailing prices, aims to analyze and estimate the financial benefit and charges, to calculate the financial valuation indicators, and to inspect the payoff capability of the proposed project, the financial status such as the reimbursement capability, in order to judge the financial feasibility of the project.This article mainly introduces the usual method of the financial evaluation in electric power construction projects and uses the practical case to explain in the electric power construction project how to use financial evaluation to judge the feasibility of proposed project. Finally, it indicates the existing problems of the main financial evaluation indicators and gives the corresponding solution suggestions, especially make some suggestions of how to avoid the multiple financial internal rate of return occurring in the electric power construction projects.
