The present Thesis it is a deep combination about the actual situation of SantaCruz Province, basing on and using a solid mass of data, regarding inner andexterior investment in the environment process, at the same time we wereproceed to analyze in detail the bad and good situation of the environmentaladvantages about investment in the province with an objective evaluation, alsowith the summary of the last few years of the foreign capital ushers. Handlingthe theories of Dunning we analyzed the advantages making a generalintroduction in the area of Santa Cruz, joining the National circumstance ofBolivia and the existing problems existed with the foreign capital ushers, forinstance to resolve them and proceed in detail the considerable analysis,basically, the strategy analyze the investment in the environment that FDIimproved, consider that only the advantages in this area could develop thecountry of Bolivia, touching the economy market in order to invest in theenvironment, improving the risk investment, enhancing the national law,keeping the business society stable and of course, improving the internationalinfiltration of the enterprises, that is ameliorative to the province of Santa Cruzand FDI environmental investment in a basic place.
