This paper thoroughly researches the problem of establishing regional electric power market transaction pattern. After compared of several typical electric powers markets transaction patterns worldwide and a series of plans proposed by our country researchers, the principle of regional power market trading mode is brought forward. In this paper, the example on North China power market is taken to explain such principle. This transaction pattern has brokerr the tradition which takes the province as the entity and realized the resources optimized disposition in wide range. For the electricity generation business and the user, the new pattern brings a bigger advantage. Hoping this pattern has the practical significance to our country electric power marketability reform especially for region electric power market construction.
