| Along with the worldwide electric power industry reform development, in last century 90's our country also started electric power marketability reform which aimed at breaking the monopoly, the introduction competition and relaxing the control. This paper thoroughly researches the problem of establishing regional electric power market transaction pattern. After compared of several typical electric powers markets transaction patterns worldwide, the principle of regional power market trading mode is brought forward. In this paper, the example on North China power market is taken to explain such principle. Hoping this pattern has the practical significance to our country electric power marketability reform especially for region electric power market construction. |
