Feasibility Study Of A Industrial Park

The project construction of industrial park has achieved a lot in China since 1984,yet there is many problems. Facing the country macroeconomic control and land policydeflating, the approval of industrial park has been restricted. Therefore, the prophase ofindustrial park should go on scientific feasibility study and layout.This thesis presents the problem in detail through three aspects. First, analyzing andstudying the macroeconomic development as follows: world economic range, domesticeconomic range, region economic range and the experience of successful industrial park.Second, according the project land feature, make SWOT analysis, constitutingdevelopment aim and stratagem orientation, and bringing forward some implementingsuggestion. Third, establishing financial model, working out "NPV", "IRR", "Total Pt"three financial index, so confirming the feasibility study in financial way. While thesensitivity analysis states that the project possesses strong anti-risk ability.
