| In the power market, whether the environmental cost is included in the total costwill influence the competitive competence of generation companies, and determinewhether the power system could really realize the optimal allocation of resources.Thinking about different compensation-degrees of pollution charges standard as toenvironmental economic damage in many areas, this paper provides a new methodbased on the theory of environmental economics to estimate the environmental cost ofthe coal-fired power plant, and through an numerical example that FGD is used in thecoal-fired power plant to demonstrate that the method is valid. Finally, separatelypropose certain measures and suggestions to reduce environmental cost from twoangles. By this, the sustainable development of environmental resources will berealized. |
