The pressure that graduates face is larger than ever. How to improve the ability of self-appraisal is the main problem the high education must resolve. The graduates of different majors have the different knowledge and different personalities. So this paper provides the career exploration framework for the graduates whose major is management.According to the theory of vocational interests and temperament, this paper provides the vocation setting advice model for the graduates. And this paper also gives the advice about the managerial diathesis that consists of motivation, managerial ability, working and intercourse ability. This paper also designs a questionnaire about the vocational assessment and has a analysis of reliability and vadility about the questionnaire designed.Then this paper describes how to build a new information system based on web with the questionnaire that has been tested to be effective for the vocational assessment of the graduates. With the structured life development method, the system development is divided into three parts: system ananlysis, system designing and system implement.
