Knowledge Presentation In Science And Technology Expense Management DSS

Knowledge Presentation (KP) is a major part of Knowledge Engineering. KP is devoted topresent the knowledge of domain in question with symbol that computer can recognize. Atpresent, based on different application domain, exports have developed kinds of KP methods,such as production rules, semantic networks, frames and Object-Oriented method. This paperwill study on these methods, and discuss their advantages and disadvantages.STFM DSS (Science and Technology Funds Management Decision Support System) is anintelligent DSS, which support users' decisions by presenting, processing and using knowledge.This paper will deeply analysis the knowledge of domain in related areas, and then chooses theapplicable method to present the knowledge in STEM DSS. After that, we will try to found a feasiblesolution, using java and Hibernate mid-ware, to store and use knowledge.
