The researches of Regional Economy are important Strategy issues for acountry'S economy.The development of a country always based on the balanceddevelopment in different regions. And this kind of balance is more important for ourcountry.Because of the numerous states and complicated natural environment.Theappearance of Virtual Economy supplied more opportunities to advance the evolutionof Regional Economy. Chinese economists make a great contribution in economic field for raising theconception of Virtual Economy.The conception of Virtual Economy based onseveral economic theories. And Chinese economists have made great progress on therelationship between virtual economy and actual economy. The improvements of Virtual Economy and Regional Economy become moreconvenience.And the researches of the Virtual Economy would be more practical ifthey Can base on certain regions.The fruit of these researches could convert to notonly economy benefits,but also society benefits.So it is a significant meaning thatpays more attention on Regional Virtual Economy.This paper's theme is around theVirtual Economy of Tianjin . Including the theoretic research and primaryapplication.And the writer considered that the process of the research could be usedin many different regions,which need evaluation and administration on VirtualEconomy.This paper will base on the theories of Regional Economy.It will carry out somequalitative analysis and quantitative analysis on Virtual Economy field inTianjin.Base on the fruit in Regional Economy field and Virtual Economy fieldglobally,this paper try to design an index system for the moderation of VirtualEconomy in Tianjin.Considering the availability of the data in Tianjin,the paper willbring forward some useful advices...
