The Research Of Pre-warning System Of Business Failure In Listed Company On Case-Based Reasoning

With rapid development of China's stock market in the past decade, securities business has become an important component of the national economy.However, because of the particularity of listed company's equity structure and the flaws of corporate governance system of China, listed companies' operating efficiency and the quality of business goes on declining, which we can see from the notice issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission and ST companies. It is therefore necessary to establish a strict pre-warning system for timely detection and control risk factors, so as to be able to avoid risk, correct risk, transfer risk.Case-based Reasoning(CBR) ,as a branch of AI, tries to solve problems and attain knowledge by simulating human beings from experiences. According to the applications of enterprise management,We introduce it in the research of listed companies failed early warning systems and hope to be a new way of it.After reviewing and summarizing the scholars' researches of early warning system , we build identified framework of early warning system from the behavior of shareholders, cash flow, financial indicators. Then, the thesis discussed some of the key points , key technologies and the realization of the strategy. According to these, the study design and setup company failed early warning system based on Case-based Reasoning.In general , we make great effort in two aspects such as follows: on the one hand , based on the particularity of the equity of our listed companies ,After analyzing the role and the behavior of the different types of shareholders in corporate governance we put index which reflects the behavior of shareholders into identifying framework about early warning system ,and establishe risk factors involved monitoring system from a new perspective . On the other hand, we introduce Case-based Reasoning , which is the more mature technologies in artificial intelligence sphere , into the field of business failure pre-warning. and complete the design and construction of Case-based Enterprise Failure Warning System (CEFWS). It made a new attempt both on the application of Case-baseReasoning and on the management of corporate failures pre-warning . Above all we hope make a reference for the application of relevant scientific research.
