Study On Financing Of National Hi-tech Enterprises

Development of high-tech industries has become the key factor in deciding one country's strength and prospects, every country contests for the most advanced technology in 21st century. So to speak, the country who masters the high-tech industry development initiative who will grasp the orientation of hi-tech industrial development in the new century. Hi-tech enterprises are the main body of the development of Hi-tech industries;it is also the important way of commercialization and industrialization of Hi-tech. A major obstacle that lies in the development of national hi-tech enterprises is the problem of financing, to solve these problems needs the efforts from both the inside and outside of the enterprises.This paper defines the hi-tech enterprises, analyzes the technical and financing characters of hi-tech enterprises, summarize the western financing theories and their significance to national hi-tech enterprises' financing, compare and evaluate the main western country's financing mode, and put forward a special financing mode that adapting to the situation of China on the basis of analyzing the efficiency of both mode;then analyze the financing status quo and problems of Chinese hi-tech enterprises, in the end put forward how to solve these problems, which including the efforts from the enterprises' outside(carrying out financing innovation and perfecting the financing system)and the enterprises inside(how to make proper decisions under the current situation).
