The research on the management status of the fitting clubs in Changsha, will promote the development of sport industry, meet the needs of scientific fitness and healthy life, improve the system of fitting market.The research object of this thesis is the 600 sport fitness customers, 100 Body-building instructor and management of 30 sport fitness club of Changsha by use of the law of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation method, expert's investigation method and so on. this article table some relative proposal in order to give some advice to the development of fitting clubs in Changsha based on the analysis the states of it. The research result as follows:1. The business scale of commercial fitness clubs in Changsha is small. The capital investment of most of the clubs is less than 1 million yuan.2. The overall arrangement of the commercial fitness clubs of Changsha is unreasonable. The relevant department should issue regulations to promote the reasonable overall arrangement of clubs.3. The fitness clubs are short of the management talents who know sports as well as good at management. The club operators should study the management and administration knowledge of fitness club through various routes or seek help to the management organization of fitness club.4. The instructor's salary is low so that the loss of instructors is serious. The club operators should pay more attention to the instructor's cultivation, raise the instructor's salary appropriatly .5. The consumer' age of fitness clubs in Changsha appears the gap phenomenon, propose clubs offer suitable sports events for all ages , to expand the consumer range.6. The management theory of the fitness clubs of Changsha is the same as the foreign counterpart. The main management mode is chain operation and community operation for the fitness clubs of Changsha.
