With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the public leisure time increases and the awareness of health awakening,how to scientific fitness has become the focus of attention of the society.Public attention to personal health brings historic opportunities for the development of commercial fitness clubs.However,in the fierce market competition environment,customer satisfaction is the key factor that affects the survival and development of commercial fitness clubs,the service quality of the commercial fitness club directly determines the customer satisfaction,therefore,improving the service quality of the commercial fitness club is the fundamental way to improve the customer satisfaction.This paper chooses 11 representative large-scale commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu as the research object,by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a quantitative qualitative analysis of customer satisfaction,and studies the current status and influencing factors of the service quality of commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu based on the customer satisfaction survey.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The consumers who enter the commercial fitness club are the middle-aged and young groups,they have higher cultural and educational level and income level,professional identity to government agencies,science and education workers and students mainly,the number of customers to exercise more than 1 times per week,the main goal is to improve health,physical fitness and stress relief.(2)Customers' facilities and equipment,health environment,types of training courses,service error remedy measures,work efficiency,staff service attitude,work enthusiasm,marketing channels,professionalism of coaches,safety defensive measures,training atmosphere,adoption of customers in Chengdu commercial fitness clubs The evaluation scores of opinion,opinion feedback channel,course time,and satisfaction with service price are relatively high,and the evaluation scores for meeting facilities,trust,service commitment,promotion methods,coaching ability,personalized service,and fitness attention satisfaction are relatively low.To this end,we provide ways to improve customer satisfaction in commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu,as follows:(1)To maintain the stability of the high-level coaching staff and improve the teaching quality.(2)Strengthen the modernization of facilities and equipment and improve the facilities and equipment.(3)Practicing club service commitments to increase customer trust in clubs.(4)Develop a reasonable price consumption range and innovative club marketing methods.(5)Establish a customer satisfaction evaluation system to provide customers with personalized services.
