| Due to its great contribution to turn science and technology into industries, venture capital investment has been accepted by the world since it arose. However, it was true that its great adventure brought tremendous loss to many countries' economy . Both the theoretical and practical circles have done research and analyzed the risk and control in adventure investment from different perspectives. But systematic documents expounding from the micro levels cannot be found in large number. Operational works catering to China's adventure investment are particularly few. Due to that, this paper investigates the whole process adventure investment and analyzes the financial risk of different stage, then puts forward to the measure to control risk.Led by the related theories in adventure investment, the paper stands at the position of adventure investment companies. It divides the whole process of the flow of capital into three stages: raising money—investment —retreat, and discusses respectively the financial risk and control methods at each stage in detail. The body covers six chapters: Chapter Two serves as the bedding of this paper. Chapter Three introduces the experience to develop venture capital in America and how to develop our own venture capital. This paper focuses on Chapter Four, Five and six. and Chapter Four studies the risk in raising money. Ways to solving the problems are to broaden channels and optimize capital structure. Chapter Five studies the risk in investment, Ways to solve the risk in investment are to evaluate adventure investment projects accurately, choose right investment tools and establish finance warning system. Chapter Six studies the risk in retreat and introduces the strategy of retreat. |
