Exportation of China about fashion to South Africa has increased greatly as the two countries had achieved a rapid and steady promotion of mutual relationship in politics and trade in recent years.Best Year International Trading CC in South Africa since the day it was founded, has been dealing in exporting fashion from China to South Africa, and now has laid a sound capital foundation and opened up a broader channel for supplying and sale. Confronted presently with the situations such as hot competition, variable market and different risks in operation, the corporation must, in order to keep moving on steadily, pay more attention to the marketing study, and work out marketing strategies according to market demand and competitive situation to actively handle the market competition and prevent any risks.This dissertation proposes marketing strategies and marketing-control measures applicable to the promotion of fashion marketing in South African market as well as the development of Best Year International Trading CC. The strategies and measures, as a sufficient guidance to achieve these purposes, have been worked out from a perspective of theories concerning marketing and international trade and on the basis of the market research.This dissertation includes five parts. The first and second parts introduce the marketing environment to the corporation and analyze the fashion trade in South Africa and the market on its characteristics, trend and competitive situation, and the like. The third part focuses on the study of marketing status of the corporation by pointing out the current problems in marketing and making a further relevant analysis. The fourth part, a key one, relates the present state of the corporation to the marketing environment and the market reality, to put forward marketing strategies. The last part is about the control of marketing and stresses on the control of risks.
