Research On Business Innovation Of Guolian Assets & Equity Exchange Ltd.

Being established on September 28, 2004, Wuxi Guolian Assets & Equity Exchange Ltd. (abbreviated to the Company hereinafter) is a freshman in the industry of assets & equity exchange of China. Although the Company has been established for a short period, large change has already occurred for the external development environment of the Company.Considering such a complex managerial environment, I, as the first general manager of the Company, have carried out thorough research on the business innovation of the Company with my economic theories grasped during my schooling period under the precondition of objectively analyzing the present managerial status of the Company, according to the development trend of the industry of assets & equity exchange and with the local economic characters of Wuxi City and the advantages of the Company being in consideration, and my graduation thesis for postgraduates thus comes into being. Thus, the development plan of the Company in the future is fixed and the activity source of the Company is explored. In this thesis, I have adopted the methods of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together, combining theories and practice together, and combining on-site survey and document retrieval together etc. Besides, through using information and charts as the analytical methods, I have carried out the research from points to the overall conditions, so as to find the methods of solving problems, promote the integral research depth, and summarize the meaning and value of this research.
