Research On Business Transformation And Development Of Central China Equity Exchange In The Background Of Multi-Level Capital Market

With the establishment of Beijing Stock Exchange and the implementation of the full registration system,China’s multi-level capital market has entered a new stage of perfect development.As an important part of China’s multi-level capital market,regional equity trading centers have an important role in helping small,medium and micro enterprises expand their financing and promoting the high-quality development of local economy.In order to explore the high-quality development of regional equity trading centers,this paper focuses on how the Central China Equity Exchange should be transformed in terms of business.This paper uses literature analysis,case study analysis and logical analysis to analyze the basic situation,business development and listed enterprises of the Central China Equity Exchange through field research.The Center also analyzed the reasons for these problems.On this basis,we propose a set of comprehensive measures for the business transformation and development of the Central China Equity Exchange from both the top-level policy design level and itself,and effectively demonstrate that these measures can effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Central China Equity Exchange,thus facilitating the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.This paper focuses on the business transformation development of the Central China Equity Exchange,which has strong application value and guidance,and can provide new development ideas for the regional equity exchange market in Henan Province,and through the transformation development,maximize the role of the regional equity exchange market in promoting the economy of Henan Province,and also further enrich the play of the multi-level capital market system.
