Internal Control Research Of M City Commercial Bank

The banking is the profession that a risk concentrates highly. Internal Control is a very important part in the management of modern commercial banks. The sound and effective Internal Control Management has already become to the first defense line for commercial banks guarding against of risk. Being one important constitute of our bank systems, City Commercial Banks have become an important power to support financial safety and to incentive the economic development in region. They have made great progress in the past 10 years. But their internal control is still very weak, which prevent them developing steadily and healthily.This thesis took M Commercial Bank as a specific research object. It used system analytic method, questionnaire method, induction analysis method, qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method, launched the research according to idea of "propose the problems, analyze the problems and solve the problem" .
