In supply chain of brand monopolization, supplier is the leader, and retailer is the follower, and supplier adopts the same retail price policy in the same district. When supplier adopts coordination mechanism, retail price is one of decision variable, which is different to present supply chain coordination research, in which retail price is a exogenous variable or is decided by retailer. To perishable products monopolization supply chain, a lot of supplier adopt buy-back contract and return policy, so it is a innovation to study buy-back contract of brand monopolization supply chain. This paper analyzes the perception, management mode and coordination process of brand monopolization supply chain. And then, assumes that market demand is uncertain and relative to retail price, information is common between supply chain members, and explores buy-back contract model of perishable products monopolization supply chain. The main content and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, This paper discusses brand monopolization supply chain concept and management mode, and the coordination process of brand monopolization supply chain in order to achieve the equilibrium of the whole supply chain system. Secondly, when supply chain doesn't adopt coordination contract, this paper separately establishes and analyzes supply chain order quantity, every member profit and integer profit under decentralization and centralization decision-making, and educes: the order, the integer profit and supplier's profit of decentralization decision-making are smaller than the relevant value of centralization decision-making, but retailer's profit of decentralization decision-making is bigger than that of centralization decision-making. Thirdly, when supply chain adopts buy-back contract, I explores a model and educes: in order to make supply chain cooperative, wholesale price and buy-back price must meet a linear equation, and which are irrespective to demand distributing. At last, this paper studies a single product supply chain which consist of a single supplier and a single retailer, explores a buy-back contract model of brand monopolization supply chain, and educes: when market demand is uncertain and relative to retail price, it exists infinite combination...
