With the reformation and opening, income difference between persons has been enlarged gradually. What's more with the development of market economy, a great income difference class has been coming into being in Chinese society. The continuance of classical income difference can lead to a series of social economy problems. Since then, how to reasonably control the classical income difference is the problem that both the government and the field of academic are dedicating into to find the resolution.This article is basing on the analysis of the actuality and the cause of classical income difference as well as the effect to the economic society, and is using the method of comparison and theory-practice combination and so on to try to find the resolution to diminish the extension. The article is made up of five parts:The first part mainly confines theoretically the definition of class and income distribution and presents the significance of recognizing the importance of classical income difference problems. This article gives class a definition basing on the economic principle and studies income distribution from the point of view of quantity of income gainer and quantity of income.The second part mainly presents the evolvement and the actuality of our country's classical income difference. Before reformation and opening, there was almost no classical income difference under that distribution system, while there did exist some factors unfair. After reformation and opening, classical income difference came into being and was enlarged with the step of the reformation and opening. The essay bases on the change of city residents' income and the change of countryside residents' income separately and takes the people's income in year 1990 and 2001 for example and uses plenty of number data to illuminate the deep change of classical income difference. After we entered WTO, we changed the primarily limited open to fully open, which brought us a stronger competition and the classical income difference was continuously enlarged.The third part and the fourth part: Separately, the two parts discuss the reason why the classical income difference is enlarging and the possible effect ion it brings about to the social economy. The reason why the classical income difference is enlarging is a little bit complex. First, it is the together functioning result of the development of economy and the variety of income distribution modes and the operation of market economy.
