The Current Situation And Policy Adjustment Of Personal Income Distribution Gap In China

The implementation of the reform and opening up policy has promoted the rapid economic growth and has also caused the expansion of the personal income distribution gap in China.This not only has a direct negative impact on domestic demand,but also restricts the development of the macro economy.Reducing the personal income distribution gap is an inherent requirement for achieving common prosperity and sustainable economic development.Therefore,studying the current trend of changes in the personal income gap will help provide necessary theoretical guidance for the narrowing of the personal income gap in China.The theoretical guidance,and ultimately serve the realization of economic growth and social stability goals.The personal income distribution gap in China exists in different industries and also exists in different regions and between urban and rural areas.In this regard,this paper intends to focus on the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the personal income distribution gap by constructing a panel data model.Based on China's actual national conditions,the reasons for the personal income gap include the implementation of the dual urban-rural economic model,the imperfection of the income distribution system,the unreasonable industrial structure,and the imperfection of the social security system.In order to narrow the gap in China's personal income distribution,we must vigorously develop the rural economy and raise the level of urbanization;improve the redistribution system and optimize the government's fiscal expenditure;improve the social security system and improve the level of education;adjust the industrial structure and eliminate unfair competition.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,the research significance of the dissertation and the related research results of scholars at home and abroad.The second part focuses on the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of personal income distribution disparity.And the evaluation indicators;the third part is the analysis of the current status,impact and causes of the current personal income distribution gap in China;the fourth part is the construction of the panel data model based on the relevant data of all provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities in China,which will affect the personal income distribution gap.The empirical analysis of the factors;the fifth part is a summary of the empirical results and the policy opinions proposed by combining domestic and foreign success experience in narrowing personal income distribution gap.
