Study On The Capital Structure Of Chinese Multinational Companies And Countermeasures

This thesis begins with the theories of capital structure, and then researches the capital structure of the Chinese multinational companies with quantitative analysis methods as well as analyse the MNCs's (multinational companies) financing environment and the choice of their capital structure. The main contents of this thesis are as follow.Introduction: This part mainly talks about the reason and significance of choosing this subject, the object of the researching, and the outline of the researching methods.Chapter 1: This chapter summarizes the researching works of the former documents and papers in the subject of capital structure as well as the MNCs capital structure theory. Then make a collection for the papers from abroad or domestic. This chapter can provide broad data and hints of researching lines that is important to this thesis as the basic theoretical background.Chapter 2: The analysis of the best capital structure choice of Chinese MNCs. On the basis of the actuality of Chinese MNCs, we analyse the capital structure of Chinese MNCs, and came up the main variables that influence the choice of the capital structure. It's the theory bases of the next chapter.Chapter 3: The quantitative analysis of the best capital structure choice of Chinese MNCs. It mainly discusses about the choice of the variables, the models, the stylebook, and the resources of the data, then came up the quantitative models.Chapter 4: The countermeasures of the capital structure of Chinese MNCs. We came up several countermeasures according to the researching results of thequantitative model, and explain the reason of the countermeasures and their advantages to the capital structure of MNCs.
