In today's world,international competition is becoming more and more fiercewhen science and technology advances by leaps and bounds. At 21th century, theeconomic competition among countries in the world is showed by the competition ofproducts and service, which is supported by science and technology. However, it ispeople who grasp and use the science and technology. Human resource is thestrategic resource of international competition and economic development in 21thcentury. Science and technology are the primary productive force. The production ofknowledge has become a motive force of economic development. The societyprogresses depend more and more on the development of intellectual factors, theapplication of science and technology and the ability of innovation. Knowledge,science and technology depend on the talents who grasp, use and innovate it. Thus,talents are the most important resources and motive force of present and futureeconomic development. Accordingly, governments and enterprises of many countrieshave set some of talent's strategiesBased on the theories and models of talents' flow, the research summarizedprofoundly the course and results of senior manager's drain through the analysis ofthe present situation and characteristics of senior manager's drain of IT enterprise.Then the research makes a conclusion about the causes of brain drain. At last, theresearch puts forward the effective countermeasures that will solve the problems ofsenior manager's drain of IT enterprises in China.The research includes five chapters as follows:Chapter 1: include of putting the problems, defining the conception of seniormanager, literature summarization;Chapter 2: introduce the present situation, the main characteristics , process andthe results of senior manager's drain of IT enterprises in China;Chapter 3: analyze the causes of senior manager's drain of IT enterprises inChina from the enterprise exterior, enterprise interior and individual;Chapter 4: discuss how to control the problems of senior manager's drain of ITenterprise in ChinaChapter 5: sum up the research result and prospect the possibility of theresearch later.
