With the opening of the new era of state-owned enterprise reform,SOE reform(state-owned-enterprise reform)of the shareholding diversification has deepened.The mixed ownership economy has made great progress and still faces many problems.There are seriously affecting the state-owned enterprises staff's enthusiasm,such as heavy government intervention,lack of effective incentive mechanism.It is easy for enterprises to such the phenomenon that useful people can't stay and inappropriate people can't push.Under the background of economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is finally reflected in the talent competition.The enterprise human resources have decided to enterprise's development space.Controlling the brain drain is the first task of enterprise development.Therefore,how to controlling the brain drain of enterprise management and core technology talents is one of the important issues for enterprises.And this is also the enterprises' focus at present.The research takes A company as an example.Based on the previous research,this paper conducted an empirical research on 150 middle and senior managers of the company from five dimensions: career planning,corporate culture,salary level,working environment,other reasons.The paper founds the key reasons of middle and high-level managers' loss.These lie in the limited promotion space,low salary level,depressing working atmosphere,lack of long-term effective incentive mechanism and family factors.Enterprises ' sustainable development is necessary to conduct research from the five dimensions ' perspective,establishing the solidarity enterprise culture,broadening the employee career development space,establishing a dynamic and competitive compensation system,harmonious and friendly working environment and family factor and interests,etc.This research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction which analyzes the background and significance of the research.The second part is the theoretical basis,from the reform of state-owned enterprises,the characteristics of the loss of senior talents,brain drain and the related research on incentive.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the loss of senior management talents in A company,and analyzes the current situation and influence of the turnover of senior and senior talents in A company.The fourth part is the key factor analysis of the loss of senior management talents in A company.The key reasons are affecting the loss of high-level talents are analyzed.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the loss of senior management talents in A company baesd on mixed-ownership reform.The sixth part is the conclusion,which provides reference for suchenterprises' development.
