Because the defect of the stock right division has an impact on the development of the stock market, it is necessary for us to reform the stock right division .This paper mainly make an empirical investigation of the reformation of stock right division. The works are as follows:1. Choose the first eight batches of companies as the subject of the study. Firstly, calculate the scores of the factor using the software of"SPSS"according to Factor Analysis. Then, rank each batch of the reformed companies respectively with reference to the scores of the factor. Finally, according to the rank, the middle two companies are selected as representation in each batch of the reformed companies. Among them, except for the first batch, San Yi Zhong Gong is chosen as the representative company.2. Draw a conclusion on the basis of the manifestation of the different stock price, or, inspecting these representative companies'stock price fluctuation after the consideration is carried out. The conclusion is that most circulating stock holders are satisfied with the consideration of the stock right division reformation. Then, do two regressions in use of stepwise. First, investigate the influence factors of the consideration progressively, and according to the result of returning get some suggestions out of for some companies to make the consideration. Second ,investigate the influence factors of stock price rising range and according to the result get some suggestions out of for the investors.3. Make an analysis of the profit of each stock, the profit of the net property and the change of the dealing money respectively before and after reformation with the help of the data and the figure and summarizes as follows: after reformation most companies'profit of each stock, the profit net property, and the dealing money tend to rise except for a few companies.
