Research On Stock Property Structure Establishment In The Industrial Property System Reformation Of Daqing Petroleum Administration

As the further development of market economy in our country, the systematic drawback of the state-owned enterprises has gradually appeared. Industrial property reformation has not only become the inevitable trend of the development of the state-owned enterprises but also become the important content of the economic construction. At present, the modern enterprise system based on share system and the principle and the efficient corporate governance structure have been regarded as the direction of the state-owned enterprise reformation. Consequently, stock property as an expression of industrial property in the modern enterprise involves one important theoretical content: establishment of stock property which will definitely supply the base for the research on the systematic reformation of the state-owned enterprises especially the large and medium-size enterprises. According to the above theoretical base, there are four parts in the dissertation.In the introduction, the foundation and the main points of this research have been explained. Also some necessary introductions about present situation of systematic reformation in our state-owned enterprises, necessity of industrial property reformation in Daqing Petroleum Administration and related theories Based on them, it can be seen that the practical meaning and theory improvement have been supplied from the research on stock property establishment and structure.The second part mainly focuses on analysis and discuss of theories.
