Research On The Merger And Acquisition Of Harbin Pharmacy Industry By The Economics Of Scale Theory

The Harbin pharmacy industry has a long history, and it has a share in the National medicine market. But how to deal with the other domestic pharmacy enterprises that unceasingly merger and acquisition(M&A) and the foreign pharmacy enterprises which enter into china after china joining into WTO? In my opinion, we could not sit waiting for death, we must make our enterprises binger and stronger to win in the later war. One of the effective ways is the merger and acquisition. Take the plan of the Harbin government on pharmacy industry and others aspect into account, I suggest M&A in Harbin area and then the others.This article start from the M&A theory, it introduce merger and acquisition, pharmacy industry , economies of scale and so on, and then analyzes the scale economic benefits theory from the scale economic benefits theory, new-classical firm theory, the essential corporate theory three aspects. Secondly, it analyzes the domestic pharmacy enterprises have the scale economy or not, the conclusion is it has. Thirdly, it analyzes the M&A environment from the internal environment and external environment two aspects. Fourthly, it design a detail M&A scheme, which contains the range, the minimum efficient scales, payment pattern and so on. Fifthly, it introduces the integration management from strategy integration, human resources integration , financial integration and so on.I hope I could make some contribution to the Harbin pharmacy industry!...
