| As the China's rapid economic growth, the regional economic growth also showed significant differences. Especially the disparity among three major areas in the eastern, middle and western areas has already been expanded; the middle and western areas develop relative backwardness. Outstanding problem and contradiction existing in China's economic development at present are not the question of the total supply and demand, but economic structure contradiction. The current economy development subject is to carry on the optimized promotion to the economic structure. The current economical work with emphasis carries on the structure adjustment. When holding the characteristics and trends of the economic structure correctly,adjusting and optimizing the economic structure rationally, it has very important meaning to promote regional economy development coordinately.The adjustment of economic structure is an economic activity in many aspects, such as industrial structure, system structure, consumption structure, investment structure. The modern rule of economic development indicates that, economic growth more importantly depends upon the optimized adjustment of economic structure, except the input of capital, work and other element. Industrial structureThe agricultural of eastern area does not have a comparative advantage. During 1978-2004, the production proportion in GDP falls down from 26.7% to 10.9%.
