The risk management of GA new project launched compatibly in old plant is oneof the most important factors in vehicle development and launch project management.In the process, we need to find out all risk items, then check it one by one, understandwhich one is high risk, then we need to prepare the risk control solution. This thesis isbased on current risk management and combine with the process and feature of GAnew project development, it study the project management and related project riskmanagement.First of all, we must identify the potential risk in the project of GA new projectlaunched compatibly in old plant. By analyzing and summarizing the process andfeature of the project, we use “DELPHI” to identify the risk. We asked the expert touse the risk survey list to make the risk grade and find the potential risk.Risk evaluation is the important step in the risk management. Generally, there areAnalytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation, qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis. We use risk impact/probability/evaluation chart to evaluate therisk in the project.Risk action is one of the ways to control the risk in the project. Here we make upthe detailed risk solutions for each risk item, based on the program details.
